High protein frozen yogurt bars

This high protein snack is made within a few minutes and can be stored in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.






Ingredients


100 g - 3.5 oz 0 % fat Greek yogurt

150 g - 5.3 oz whole milk Greek yogurt (8 g fat per 100 g - 3.5 oz)

80 g - 2.8 oz Strawberries

40 g - 1.4 oz Blueberries

Sweetener (to taste)


Macros (per bar, ⅙ of total)


Protein: 3 g

Fat: 2 g

Carbohydrates: 6 g

Energy: 49 kcal


Instructions

  1. Mix de the greek yogurt with sweetener to taste.

  2. Cut the strawberries in half.

  3. Line a food container with parchment paper.

  4. Add the fruit on top.

  5. Place it in the freezer for 2 hours minimum.

  6. Once set, transfer it to a plate and cut it in large pieces.

  7. Enjoy!
